Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with FitnessDeal. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund and returns policy as outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Generally Final
Most of our products are consumables or supplement-related items. For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. As a result, all sales are typically considered final.
2. When a Refund or Replacement May Be Offered
We may provide a refund, replacement or store credit in the following situations:
- You received the wrong item compared to your order.
- Your item arrived visibly damaged.
- Your package was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.
- There are missing items in your order.
Any decision to refund or replace is made at the discretion of FitnessDeal after reviewing the claim and available evidence (photos, courier status, etc.).
3. How to Report an Issue
If you believe you are eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date in case of a lost package).

- Clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)
- A brief description of the issue
4. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to make a change, contact us as quickly as possible after placing the order, and we will do our best to assist if processing has not started.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after delivery.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not reported promptly.
- Products that have been opened, used or tampered with.
6. Store Credit or Replacement
Where appropriate and subject to product availability, we may offer:
- A replacement item shipped to you; or
- Store credit that can be used on a future order.
7. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with neighbors or your local post office / courier. You may also need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
We will assist where we can, but we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for issues outside our control.
